I’m Fran Ammann, a qualified Pilates teacher, nutritionist, and personal trainer based in Cambridge.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and ongoing learning - always evolving, always questioning, and always looking beyond the basics to better support my clients.
Originally from Switzerland, I’ve been fascinated by how the body moves, adapts, and performs from an early age. Pilates has supported me through pregnancies, injuries, and my love of running. - and it continues to be a constant in how I feel and move.
My goal is simple: to help you feel strong, move freely, and feel confident in your body. With the right support, movement and nutrition become something you enjoy - not something you restrict.
