Adding nutrition to my skill set is truly the cherry on top! To move freely, stay strong, and perform at your best, your body needs the right fuel. Now that I’m holding my diploma in my hands, it feels like the perfect moment to dig a little deeper into what Nutrition Coaching really is.
Whether you want to lose weight, manage a chronic condition, improve your physical or mental wellbeing, or simply feel overwhelmed by all the nutrition advice floating around on social media, I’m here to help. I’m especially passionate about working with women in midlife — I’m right there with you, and I know firsthand that you’re not “broken.” With the right adaptations and support, you can absolutely get back on track. Our bodies change over time, yes, but when we care for them intentionally, they continue to function in pretty amazing ways.
A healthy diet doesn’t have to mean long lists of banned foods, bland meal plans, or giving up takeaways forever. We’ll start from where you are right now, set specific and realistic goals, and make thoughtful adjustments that suit your lifestyle and preferences. And no, I don’t have a magic pink pill — the work still has to be done by you — but I’ll be right beside you, guiding, cheering, and helping you make adjustments when life inevitably gets in the way.
